About the Outland Experience
Originally constructed nearly a 100 years ago as a single family cabin, the property was converted to a boutique lodge in the early 1990's by the previous owners, who brought their alpine vision to the Great Smoky Mountains.

Outland Hospitality purchased and renovated the property in 2022 aiming to create a modern luxury retreat that maintained its European mountain charm.
Outland Great Smoky Mountains consists of several lodging options all of which are an un-hosted experience. The 7-bedroom private chalet vacation rental and our private Spa Suites are located approximately 200 feet from each other offering privacy for all guests. While we do not have staff on-site during your stay, we are available to assist and answer any questions remotely.
